Having either lead or been a critical technical resource on some of the largest global 3E implementations, we bring a wealth of experience and knowledge to get the most out of 3E. Focus Legal Solutions have been accredited by Elite as a Certified Implementation Partner since 2014.
Richard Foulds
Richard has more than 25 years of experience as an Information Technology professional, predominantly in legal sector. His specialisms embrace consultancy, application solutions design, integration and development. Richard uses his technical experience, expertise and knowledge to enable each client to get the best out of their systems.
Richard’s experience managing global projects for Elite means he knows how to get the best out of 3E for his clients. Having gained expertise in all areas of 3E Practice Management, Solution Design, Workflow Applications, design and development of Metrics and reports within 3E, which also encompassed mentoring and supporting in a 3E Development Department of a leading legal firm, Richard founded Focus Legal Solutions to bridge the gap in the technical arena for 3E. Richard is absolutely committed to giving his clients an exceptional customer experience.
Rob Millray
Rob has been our Technical Director at Focus Legal Solutions since 2014, where he has worked closely with a number of the world’s top legal firms in the Elite 3E arena. Leading the Technical Department, Rob shares his experience through mentoring, consulting and advice on any technical issues that arise.
Rob brings over 25 years technical experience working as a consultant and a technical lead in the legal financial sector. With broad based experience covering firmware, PMS, iManage system, and Metastorm e-Work, Rob has led the development of a number of complex solutions that pushed the boundaries of 3E implementation and required innovative thinking and time-critical resolutions.
The Team
All our technical staff are fully certified by Elite. The full Technical and Development team are all based in the UK, and take a collaborative view to problem-solving and solution development.
